Our accessibility approach
TekaaS Inc is committed to making tekaas.com usable by a broad range of people, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input, reduced-motion settings, and other assistive technologies. Our current design and testing target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
WCAG is an important technical standard, but no standard addresses every person's needs in every circumstance. This statement explains our target and process; it does not guarantee perfect accessibility or make a legal conclusion about every jurisdiction.
Measures we use
The Website is designed and reviewed with attention to:
- semantic page regions, headings, lists, links, and controls
- keyboard access, logical order, visible focus, and focus that is not obscured
- meaningful labels, instructions, error identification, error suggestions, and status messages for forms
- page language and corresponding English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese routes
- readable typography, colour contrast, non-colour cues, text spacing, zoom, and narrow-screen reflow
- sufficiently large and operable pointer targets
- reduced-motion preferences and avoidance of unnecessary motion
- text alternatives for meaningful non-text content
- descriptive page titles, link purposes, navigation, and clear recovery when a page is unavailable
- automated checks combined with keyboard, responsive, content, and visual review
Scope and ongoing review
Our target applies to the TekaaS public Website pages and forms that we operate. Third-party websites linked from TekaaS are controlled by their owners and may follow different accessibility practices.
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. New content, provider changes, browser and assistive-technology changes, and defects can affect the experience. We review material Website changes and prioritize barriers according to impact, affected tasks, available alternatives, and implementation risk.
Provide accessibility feedback
Use the Accessibility purpose in the Website contact form to report a barrier, request assistance with Website content, or request information in an alternative format.
It is helpful to include:
- the address or title of the affected page
- the task you were trying to complete
- a brief description of what happened
- your preferred format or method for receiving the information
- browser, device, or assistive technology details only if you are comfortable sharing them and they are relevant
You do not need to disclose a disability, diagnosis, or medical information. Do not submit credentials, confidential information, or unnecessary personal information.
How we handle feedback
We acknowledge accessibility feedback, assess the barrier, and explain the next step or a practical alternative.
If the form itself prevents you from providing feedback, you may write to TekaaS Inc at 4505 Hazel St, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
Contact
Accessibility Contact, TekaaS Inc. Use the Accessibility purpose in the Website contact form or write to the public mailing address. Information about a disability or medical condition is not required.
